Frankfurt move to third place with a hat-trick against Heidenheim

Eintracht Frankfurt defeated Heidenheim 3-0 on Sunday in the final match of the 29th round of the Bundesliga.

Frankfurt’s hat-trick was scored by: Jean Mathieu in the 10th minute, Robin Koch 42, and Hugo Eketike 71.

Eintracht Frankfurt raised their tally to 51 points to jump to third place, compared to 22 points for Heidenheim in sixteenth place.

In the same round, Werder Bremen beat Stuttgart by two goals to one, scored by Oliver Burki in the 32nd and 90th minutes, while Leonidas Stergiou scored Stuttgart’s goal in the 19th minute.

Werder Bremen raised its score to 42 points, advancing to ninth place, and reviving its hopes of reaching one of the qualifying positions for the European championships “Europa League and Conference League” next season.

Stuttgart, on the other hand, is stuck in eleventh place with 40 points.

Bayern Munich tops the standings with 69 points, six points ahead of second-place Bayer Leverkusen.
