Both Inter and Milan are looking for defensive reinforcements as early as the January transfer window and it is believed that both clubs are keeping watch on Bayern Munich’s Kim Min Jae.
Both have the required finances to make the deal and the Korean fits the bill for both as per Bild (via calciomercato.com)
Kim has had a very successful Serie A spell in the past with Napoli, playing a very crucial role in the club’s Scudetto win in 2023.
That season, he was the best defender in the league and Napoli who had signed him for just €19.5m.
In just a season, Napoli recovered their money and some as Bayern Munich paid his release clause of over €50m next summer.At Bayern however, the 28 year old has failed to replicate his Napoli form.
Under Vincent Kompany, he has never really nailed down a starting berth and, it is highly likely that a move away from Germany takes place as soon as 2026 comes around.
