Serie A giants Juventus are closing in on tying Manuel Locatelli down to a new deal at the Bianconeri.
The Italian has been one of Juve’s most important players this season and he has shown his strengths consistency across the campaign.
His current deal in Turin runs out in 2028 but Locatelli seems all but set to stay beyond that point.
TuttoSport – via Calciomercato, report that the midfielder’s renewal is being finalised. The extension is pretty much ready, with Locatelli set to sign a renewal that will run out in 2030.
More than that, the renewal will hand the player a wage higher than €4 million.This a decision that has been made purely by the Bianconeri, who have seen him grow as a leader too.
There is also a belief that Locatelli’s importance at the Old Lady has grown in the last few seasons and he deserves to stay beyond 2028.
