Juventus only want a winger on loan for now and, after testing the waters, they had new contacts with the representatives of Jadon Sancho. The youngster is back at Manchester United after temporarily returning to Borussia Dortmund last season.
According to Alfredo Pedullà, nothing is imminent concerning the signing, but he’s one to watch should the Bianconeri proceed with this strategy. They are keen on Mason Greenwood as well, but he’s likely to be sold outright. Lazio have moved with more determination, offering a moderate fee and a large re-sale clause. However, the Red Devils might find better terms elsewhere.
Juventus aren’t the only side chasing after Sancho, so it remains to be seen whether he’ll still be an option once they step up their chase. They need to make their calls on Federico Chiesa and Matias Soulé first. A Spanish and an English team are tracking the winger as well.
The 24-year-old transferred to Old Trafford for €85M in July 2021 after shining for a few years with Borussia Dortmund. He was frozen out after three games as he butted heads with coach Erik Ten Hag last season. He returned to Germany in January and notched 3 goals and 3 assists in 21 matches across all competitions.
