The Croatian winger is on loan from Inter Milan, but Bayern has an option to activate a buyout clause in his loan contract for an estimated fee of around €20 million. Both Perisic and Philippe Coutinho were purchased on loan deals at the end of last summer’s transfer window when the deal for Manchester City’s Leroy Sane temporarily collapsed due to his cruciate ligament injury.
