MANCHESTER CITY MANAGER AGREE TO A NEW CONTRACT

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has agreed a new contract with the club worth nearly £20m-a-year until 2021, a £3m increase on his current deal. It will be announced once the Spaniard wins his first trophy with City. In 2017/2018 season Guardiola identified the defensive areas which required improvement for City to challenge for the league title, particularly in the goalkeeper and full back position.
