Firmino rescues Liverpool after Zaha’s late leveller for Crystal palace

Roberto Firmino ended a nine-game run without a goal to help Liverpool beat Crystal Palace 2-1 in the Premier League today.

Sadio Mane gave the Reds an early second-half lead, but Wilfried Zaha looked to have earned the hosts a point with an 82nd-minute goal.

Yet Brazil international Firmino grabbed the winner three minutes later, as his side consolidated their lead at the top of the table.
