Barcelona bid for the Chelsea winger Willian for over £50 million. According to report, Barcelona have made a new offer and that talks are ongoing between the two clubs and representatives of the player.
Reports in Spain, claimed that Willian is tired with being on the bench at Chelsea and having spent the World Cup with Philippe Coutinho, Paulinho and Neymar, has determined that Barcelona is the place to be.

Willian was not exactly first choice for Chelsea last, however the Blues are set for huge change now Maurizio Sarri has replaced Antonio Conte as boss.
