Manchester United will lick their wounds this week after falling to a 3-0 loss in the Manchester derby.
Erling Haaland bagged a brace after Phil Foden's opener to ensure Manchester City ended the weekend with three points and bragging rights.
The result will only increase the scrutiny on Ruben Amorim, who has overseen just eight wins from 31 Premier League games since taking the reins at Old Trafford last November. And off the back of another disappointing performance, the inquest has already begun.
For his part, Amorim insists he will not deviate from his principles as the scrutiny grows on him following another loss. The United chief will look to regroup before they host Chelsea in their next fixture on Saturday evening.
