Simon Kjaer begin his career in italian football after moving from Fc midtjylland in denmark, playing first with palermo for two seasons before transferring to wolfsburg in the bundesliga, as Roma, Lille in ligue 1, Fenerbahce sk in turkey, and finally sevilla in La liga.

As a defender, he have scored 5 goals  in 88 appearances for Fenerbahce and five goals in sixty five appearances for palermo, however he’s on the team to prevent goals, not to score them.
