Juventus Winger Rejects Nottingham Forest After Juventus Agree €22m Deal

Nottingham Forest’s efforts to secure Timothy Weah’s signature have come to a halt, after the United States international rejected the club’s contract proposal.
As reported by ESPN, Forest and Juventus had reached a €22 million agreement, which also included winger Samuel Mbangula. Yet Weah has opted to “wait for other opportunities away from Turin”.
The 25-year-old forward, once heralded for his promise, is now at a crossroads. Juventus, according to ESPN sources, are “keen to offload Weah and make space for new signings”, despite having three years left on his deal.
