Leeds United confirm Ao Tanaka squad number and contract length after sealing transfer

Leeds United have today completed the signing of Japan international Ao Tanaka from Fortuna Dusseldorf. The versatile midfielder has joined the Whites for an undisclosed fee from the 2.Bundesliga club, penning a four-year contract. Tanaka enjoyed a fruitful 2023/24 campaign for club and country, hitting 13 goals in 42 matches across all competitions. A United statement read: "Bringing experience from his time playing in the 2.
