Tottenham reach Europa League final without Son Heung-min
Tottenham Hotspur have advanced to the final of the second-tier European club football competition without injured South Korean captain Son Heung-min.
Spurs defeated the Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt 2-0 in the second leg of the semifinals of the UEFA Europa League at Aspmyra Stadion in Bodo, Norway, on Thursday (local time).
The Premier League team reached the final on a 5-1 aggregate win, having taken the opening leg 3-1 at home last week.
Spurs will face fellow English club Manchester United in the final at San Mames Stadium in Bilbao, Spain, at 9 p.m. on May 21 (4 a.m. on May 22, South Korean time).Spurs are now a win away from capturing their first trophy since winning the 2008 English Football League (EFL) Cup.
