Serie A side Fiorentina are now set to sign Nicolo Zaniolo, who is currently on a loan stint at Atalanta.
ViolaNews have reported that the winger could actually arrive in Florence today and undergo a medical with Fiorentina over a move.
His loan stint at La Dea will be cut short and after that, he will move to Fiorentina on a loan deal.
La Viola will have an option to buy him permanently for a fee of €16 million but it will become an obligation to buy, if he played 65 percent of the games in the remainder of the season.
He will earn €2 million per season, which is what he currently earns at Atalanta.
Galatasaray’s final approval for the move will arrive soon and once that happens, the transfer will go through.
The Italian is likely to replace Jonathan Ikone, who is on his way out of the Artemio Franchi.
