The Daily Star reports that Chelsea are “ready” to renew interest in Alejandro Garnacho – after failing to secure a deal in January. Manchester United had been open to parting ways with the Argentine and are likely to consider bids this summer.
With a new goalkeeper, midfielder, and striker on their transfer wish-list, United need to raise funds before making any moves. They are hoping to profit from Marcus Rashford and Antony following their loan spells, and Garnacho is also reportedly up for sale.
However, the report suggests that United will demand “at least £65 million” for the 20-year-old.
Arsenal ‘target’ Chelsea transfer
French publication RMC Sport reports Arsenal see Christopher Nkunku as a player who could make a significant impact on Mikel Arteta’s squad, if they sign him. Bayern Munich are also expected to re-enter negotiations after showing initial interest in him earlier this year.
