FC Barcelona announced the squad list for their UEFA Champions League game against Slavia Prague a while back, with some notable absences.
One such player whose name was missing from the squad travelling to Czechia for the league-phase encounter happens to be forward Ferran Torres.
In a medical announcement, Barcelona have confirmed that the Spanish international’s absence is because of a muscle strain, which will keep him out for ten days.
“Raphinha has been medically cleared, while Ferran Torres has a strain in the semimembranosus muscle of his right leg and is out, with an approximate recovery time of about ten days,” the Blaugrana announced.
